Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, No Onion, No Garlic.

Warm in the microwave for 60-90 seconds or in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.

For best results, warm in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 170 degrees. Can be heated in microwave.
