All orders placed between 4 pm Saturday 23 Jan and 4 pm Wednesday 27 Jan will be delivered Thursday 28 Jan.

General Information

Yes. The Market is still open. We are offering this delivery as an additional service for our traders so they can continue servicing those customers who may be unable to, or not want to, visit the market at this time.

Yes. We have a minimum order value of $50.

For a number of reasons, some of our traders have decided not to take part in this e-commerce store.  However, many of them offer their own delivery service.  You can find a list of them, here

We may look at expanding our service in the future. 


We deliver mainly within an 8km radius.  However, this is skewed and slightly expanded further into the East and South-East.

The Market offers 'next trade-day' delivery.  If you want an order to be delivered on a specific trade day, you MUST place your order the day before (prior to 4pm).  The site does not have the functionality at the moment to custom schedule orders. 

Not all traders are able to offer delivery every trade day. If you place an order with a number of different traders, and one or more of these can't deliver with the bulk of your order, your order will be split and the remainder of it will come on the next trade day that trader can deliver. Check the trader directory to see what traders can deliver on certain days.

Yes.  There is a $15 flat delivery fee.

Where possible, our delivery team will contact you approximatley 20 minutes prior to delivery.   Please note that this can change depending on day-to-day circumstances. 

Yes. We are only offering contactless delivery.  Our drivers will ring your doorbell and then place your items outside your door, step back a safe distance and wait for you to collect your food.  For the safety of everyone involved, they will not be permitted to enter your home. 

Yes. Our vans are refrigerated, so your produce will be kept fresh during transit, however, we are not providing excess packaging such as eskies and cooler boxes so if you are not home to receive your order, your goods will be returned to the Market and you will need to pay an additional delivery fee to have them redelivered.

No.  For orders placed before 4pm, we offer next trade-day delivery.

Please note not all traders deliver on all trade- days, which means part of your order may arrive on a different day.  Please check each trader’s page to see what days they deliver.

Not at the moment.  We are looking into this functionality.   

Yes, as long as this address falls within our selected post-codes and somebody is there to receive it. Use the post-code checker to find out if your address is eligible.

No.  We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please check individual trader pages via this site, to see when your favourite traders deliver.

Our drivers cannot accept returned boxes due to the risk of cross contamination of fresh produce items in the delivery van.  Please recycle in your own council provided bins.

Refunds, Returns & Missing Items

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact the trader whom you placed the order with.  They are the best contact to provide you with assistance if required.

Firstly, double check that the traders you have ordered from, deliver on that day.   If they don't, then your product will be delivered on the next trade day.

If they do, and it seems as though they've forgotten an item, please contact the trader directly for them to arrange delivery of that item.  If you do not hear back from them, please contact Market Management via the contact page.

No. You are unable to exchange or get a refund on fresh food items.  If you have been delivered something that is not to standard, please contact the trader you purchased it from to discuss replacement options.

Gift Vouchers

Not at the moment. We are working on this functionality.


We accept all major credit cards via Shopify payments.

We have ceased using Paypal due to difficulties in processing in addition to certain product lines being embargoed due to their country of origin (for example, Cuban coffee beans).
