Followed by Grilled Polenta with Gorgonzola and Prosciutto; definitely an entree featuring a few of our favourite things!
Now that your taste-buds are well and truly buzzing, it's time for the main event. We're talking tender, juicy, slow-roasted Pork Neck with Fig and Pistachios loaded up with the comforting flavours of autumn, complete with a delicious side of Cacio e Pepe Canellini Beans with Tuscan Kale.
Hopefully you've left room for dessert, because this old-time favourite is full of nostalgia and the warming tones of nutmeg and vanilla bean; who doesn't love a good old fashioned Custard-Tart?
