Pick five of your faves; it's dinner party time!

As we slowly come out of lockdown, many of us are planning much needed catch-ups with our loved ones.  And what better way to reconnect, than over a home cooked menu overflowing with comforting, flavoursome dishes.

Tobie Puttock has put together a menu packed full of some of his favourite dishes, for you to enjoy; all of which celebrate fresh, seasonal Market produce.

So without further ado...

Kick of the catch-up with this fresh and zingy Tuna Crudo with Horseradish Bagna Cauda Canape

 

Followed by Grilled Polenta with Gorgonzola and Prosciutto definitely an entree featuring a few of our favourite things!

Now that your taste-buds are well and truly buzzing, it's time for the main event.  We're talking tender, juicy, slow-roasted Pork Neck with Fig and Pistachios loaded up with the comforting flavours of autumn, complete with a delicious side of Cacio e Pepe Canellini Beans with Tuscan Kale.

Hopefully you've left room for dessert, because this old-time favourite is full of nostalgia and the warming tones of nutmeg and vanilla bean; who doesn't love a good old fashioned Custard-Tart?
