"These Yoghurt and Fruit Cups are super quick, and my five-year-old daughter can more or less make them by herself. The best part is they're pretty healthy and she loves them. There also isn’t any right or wrong with this recipe - you can use any fruit or yoghurt you like. Use honey, don’t use honey, leave the muesli out - do whatever works for you!" - Tobie Puttock
Equipment: Chopping board, child-friendly knife (or adult to chop), spoon and plastic cup/glass.

Ingredients
1 cup mixed diced fruit (apple, pear, kiwi, banana, berries, passionfruit, anything)
1 cup yoghurt
2 tablespoons muesli
Drizzle honey
Directions
Roughly dice the fruit.
Grab a plastic cup or glass and begin to fill it with alternate layers of the fruit, muesli, yoghurt and a little honey if using. Do this until the cup or glass is full or at the required amount.
Eat right away or keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days to enjoy later.
