Spaghetti with Parmesan, Lemon and Basil
The little ones will love making this fresh pasta dish for dinner.
- Plunge the spaghetti into boiling salted water and cook as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the lemon juice and olive oil together with a pinch of salt and some cracked pepper. Stir in the parmesan until it melts into the mixture. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, strain it out and add to the bowl using tongs to fold it through the cheese mixture. Finally, fold through the basil and serve right away with a little extra cracked pepper.
