Warm up your honey in a pan or microwave with fresh lemon, thyme and the peel of a fresh lemon.
Heat oil in fry pan. Open packets of cheese.
Dredge the cheese in the water and coat with flour.
Shake off excess and fry.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle nigella seeds.
